A Look into Sunrat Tattoo Studio!

For those of you that have not made it to our Studio, we would like to make a post for you guys! We are all Friendly, Kind Hearted people, no need to be scared to come on by to check out the shop or to receive your first Tattoo from us. We have captured the essence of our shop and would love to share with you guys, the one and only, Sunrat Tattoo!

All of the small items and trinkets in the display case and on our shelves are all memories of Sunrat Kims travels. Take a moment to see all of the small details to every piece, lots of memories throughout one Studio!

This manikin has been at the Studio since day one, every few months we change up her look by putting a wig on, Santa Hat for the Holidays, and Paper Boy hat for every occasion!

Not all, but a majority of the flash hung up at Sunrat Tattoo are all gifts from the Tattoo Artists themselves!

Custom Pin Stripe Artwork by the one and only Low-Hide San from Japan. Once the shop was built, Sunrat Kim called Low-Hide San to help make Sunrat Tattoo that much more of a One of a Kind Tattoo Shop, the same with the front door.

A sticker for every Artist that has Guest Worked or visited Sunrat Tattoo has been placed on our Mirror at the Studio. Come by the shop to take a look at the upper half of the Mirror, this mirror itself is awesome as shit!

Friday the 13th, AGAIN!?!

Oh yeah we doing it again. Friday the 13th is right around the corner again this month and Sunrat Tattoo is holding another Flash Day Event! This time we have Special Guest Artist and Good Friend of Sunrat Tattoo Dimz from HiFine Tattoo Shop! Dimz is a Tattoo Artist down the street from Sunrat Tattoo but has been a good friend and Tattooer since day one, we are always interested to the next Tattoo Artist pushing fine Traditional work with us, and he will be working with us in a few weeks! 13 more days until we start this Event and the same rules apply. No appointments, walk ins only, and all predrawn classic designs are 130,000won!

Many people that are not Tattoo Fanatics like most of our customers are unaware of how getting a Tattoo Process works, so this blog is to show the unaware of how Sunrat Tattoo has been doing things on a daily basis. For the people that don't know, we don't want you guys to feel scared or nervous about somewhat of how most tattoos get received. Here are a few photos of a tattoo being done, only at Sunrat Tattoo! 

These two customers are both from Melbourne, Australia, but met in Seoul Korea during School. One came to get a Tattoo and were just hanging out while the design of her choice is being prepared! 

The customers name is Grace, she wanted a tattoo of a Rose. Here is the drawing and Stencil put on!

Sunrat Tattoo MTV Music Video Shoot!

This week at Sunrat Tattoo Studio, we had very special guests to work with Sunrat Tattoo boss Tenam. They came all the way from MTV Korea to shoot a clip of Tenam tattooing at our Studio. Was a really hectic time with all the cameras and operators, but we made a good time out of it! They will be showing the video on Korean Channel SBS after they are finished with the video. We were part of the video so don't know for sure when the Music Video will be released, but we will keep you guys updated! Friday the 13th

This Friday the 13th Event was another success here at Sunrat Tattoo! We welcomed everyone coming through the doors for this event and had a ton of people. Thank you to everyone that came and participated! Here are a few photos that we took for the event.

Same Tattoo Idea, Artist Styles Different!

Todays post, we would like to show case the difference between our Sunrat Artists Styles. Sunrat Artists Sabi and Saem had few Walk Ins with the same Tattoo Concept, but very different in Style. Come with an idea for Tattoo Design and we will change up that same design every time for every customer so every customers Tattoo is Unique in their own way.

These two images shows that two different customers wanted the same design concept, but two different Artists means two different styles. Here is what we mean.
